1> How long will you receive the goods?

We offer shipping worldwide; delivering your order usually takes about 7-10 working days.

2> What is the quality of our watches?

We have top imitation watches in Asia and Switzerland.

3> What movement does the watch have?

Depending on the grade of the watch you choose, our watches have Asian or high-quality ETA Swiss movements.

4> What do Automatic, Quartz and Sweeping Second hand mean?

Automatic refers to a watch movement consisting of a self-winding mechanism, which allows the watch to run independently without batteries. The advantage of this is that batteries are not required for the watch to run. The disadvantage is that the watch should be serviced every few years to ensure it runs smoothly.

Quartz refers to a watch movement that runs with a battery. The advantage to this is that the watch typically lasts longer than an automatic wat

5> What about custom taxes and duties? Will I be invoiced when ordering from you?

In most cases (But for the most part), you will not be invoiced any customs taxes or duties upon shipment delivery. Indeed, all orders are packed in small carton boxes, mentioning “gift, no value for customs.”

6> What if I can’t remember my password?

If you forget your password, please click the “Forgot your password?” on the Login page and follow the instructions on the next page to change your password. For security reasons, we are unable to send your password via email.

7> Are these watches high quality, or will they break after I wear them a few times?

It depends on how you wear it. If you wear it regularly, it will last a few years without any problems. The watches we offer are of exceptionally high quality. These are not the cheap bargain ones you will find on the streets that will break after a few days; these will last for years! We are confident in our watches and offer an exchange or refund for any watches if they are ever defective.

Eight> Does the watch come with the original box and paper?

All our orders have a free box. If you want to add an original box to the order, you can do so on the product page.

Nine> I have seen other websites that offer them for cheaper; why are yours more expensive?

The prices of the watches depend on the quality. Many websites will carry the lowest quality available and can sell them cheaper. But we do not believe in offering low-quality goods that may break down after being worn just once or twice. We strongly believe in our products and have a warranty for all items purchased from our site.

11> What warranty can you provide for the watch?

We offer 12 12-month warranty on every watch you purchase from this site. Watches may be returned or exchanged only if they are faulty. The warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damages caused by external reasons (such as scratches, missing stones, dents, nicks, fading/chipping of the material on the product etc.). The warranty does not cover water damage, lost or stolen parts, or damages due to personal misuse/negligence. Therefore, we strongly advise you not to swim, dive, surf or do similar activities with any watches.

12> Is the watch waterproof?

All our Asian watches are waterproof, but not waterproof. We do not recommend taking it to the shower room or swimming pool. Taking the watch underwater will revoke its guarantee.

If you need water resistance, you can contact our customer service to purchase additional water resistance for $30 on the watch. And the waterproof depth will be about 10 meters.

13> What is the first thing I must do upon receiving the watch?

Upon receiving the watch, please wind it. They have run out of energy through the shipping process. Wind the watch by turning the crown about 15 – 20 complete clockwise rotations. If you know your watch is run by battery, there is no need to wind it. If your watch has a screw-tight crown, release it by turning it anti-clockwise until it is loose. Then wind it 15 – 20 times clockwise, as mentioned. Once that is done, you can tighten it by pushing the crown inside and turning it clockwise simultaneously. By manually winding the watch, it will start to tick.

14> Do you accept customization?

15> Why did the watch not move when I got it?

Sometimes, an automatic watch needs to wind down manually; you can contact our customer service([email protected]) for teaching videos.
